REVIEW
Call Me Chihiro is a 2023 Japanese Feel Good movie on Netflix about a former sex worker Chihiro who is rebuilding her life in a small seaside town. Parts of these changes involve work in a Bento shop, where she positively affects the lives of her customers. It’s a slow burn and it is lengthy at over two hours, but it’s light and playful and perfect dreamy afternoon viewing. Everything is grounded and yet relatable and warming and overall offers a comforting viewing experience. Chihiro finds joy in bringing others together, and this is evident by the closing stages of the movie, and as a viewer, it’s likely a similar experience will be shared

Can I simply just say what a relief to uncover someone that truly understands what theyre talking about online. You certainly realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people have to check this out and understand this side of your story. I was surprised you arent more popular given that you definitely have the gift.
