Prisoners Of The Ghostland (2021)

Prisoners Of The Ghostland is a 2021 post-apocalyptic movie set in a frontier town where Nick Cage plays a ruthless bank robber offered the chance at freedom if he can locate the Governor’s adopted granddaughter. This is a film where Nick Cage seems like the sanest character on-screen at times and that’s saying something. There’s a point when Nick Cage’s character called Hero says “How Do I Get Out Of Here?” And it makes you wonder if he means the situation he’s in the film or the film itself. It’s a film that’s very visually appealing and pretty to look at, even if the story could do with some finessing.
