It will be a shock to the system if you have never seen a Bollywood or Tollywood movie before. This this is one of those movies turned up and cranked up in spectacle and scope and genre. It’s film big on story ,scale and emotions. And appeared in the top 10 of Netflix movies when released in over 60 countries. Why? You may ask..well the story is familiar enough to any Bollywood movie drama set during the rule of the British Empire over India, Malli, a small tribal girl, is taken away by British governor Buxton and his wife Catherine against the wishes of her mother and held within the confines of their British Colonial Palace outpost. Komaram Bheem, a local revolutionary legend (who considers Malli his sister), has started his search for her The governor and his wife announce a special post for any officer who can bring Bheem to them.
Rama Raju is an proud Indian soldier who works for the British army; who decides to take matters into his own hands and promises to bring him to justice and get this much coveted promotion.
What follows is a clash of wills and relationship between these two larger than life figures on oppersite sides of History. From musical numbers to , epic battle scenes, what you get is 3hr epic that can border on ridiculous! So why did this prove such a hit across the World? Well 'RRR' plays it all with such unapologetic heart that it translates across the cultural divide, and you just go with it.And if you have never seen the big commercial Bolly/Tolly Wood movie before, prepare yourself for a genre-spanning epic odyssey and enjoy.
