She Hulk-Disney +- Episode 1 review

Those old enough to remember light-hearted legal drama Ally McBeal from the 1990s May find the MCU is dipping its big green toes into such waters with She-Hulk Attorney At Law, which follows the story of Jennifer Walters, cousin of Bruce Banner the Hulk. Jennifer is an Attorney who appears to be involved in cases related to super-powered individuals, and Episode 1 gives us a flashback to how Jennifer gains her gamma powers and training alongside Bruce Banner's'Smart Hulk'. It’s light in feel and the episode often breaks the forth wall which may divide viewers and particularly those whom are fans of the comics. Episode 1 is a world away from the darker more mature legal storytelling of Daredevil on Netflix, whom arguably is actually set in a different universe but the MCU Matt Murdock may be not far off the horizon as shown in Spiderman No Way Home and the trailers for She-Hulk have no doubt hinted at. The literal courtroom showdown with Titania at the end of the episode gives us an idea of more of what we can expect to see from the series.
