Tick,Tick…Boom!

Tick Tick Boom on Netflix stars Andrew Garfield as a inspiring playwright Jonathan Larson whom spends his young life looking for that big break on the stage whilst navigating friendships and a relationship at the same time. Jonathan writes a play for the MTV generation called Superbia, which is a little too arty for Broadway, but eventually, crafts a name for himself with 'Rent' after Stephen Sondheim his idol, and one of the most famous figures in 20th Century musical theatre sees Jonathan Larson’s potential early on. The film is a tad long but very engaging and Andrew Garfield plays an artist who sticks up his creative streak when the chips are down.
