Wheelman on Netflix stars Frank Grillo who plays the title character working as a getaway driver. During a job where the crew he is working with are robbing a bank, he receives a mysterious phone call giving him instructions which lead him down a path from bad to worse. This film really was highly enjoyable, the mystery and high stakes elements really sell the simple storytelling. The viewer is drawn to what will happen next to the characters and how the tense situations will ultimately be resolved. A real hidden gem.
